File your annual report digitally with Bolagsverket yourself — from the SIE file your bookkeeping already produces. We check far more than the approval requires, so it is right the first time. It has to be: a filing cannot be withdrawn.

Three steps, from your bookkeeping file to a registered annual report.
Export the SIE file from your bookkeeping program. The income statement and balance sheet are built from it automatically.
Add the notes, the management report and the proposed appropriation of profit. You see the finished document exactly as it will be filed.
Sign the fastställelseintyg with BankID. The report is submitted digitally to Bolagsverket and you keep a PDF copy.
Passing Bolagsverket's validation means a file is technically valid. It does not mean the annual report is right. We check both — and a filing cannot be withdrawn once it is registered.
Our web portal guides you through the whole flow — from importing the SIE file to a finished annual report, filed and registered with Bolagsverket.
A delivery log showing which figures came straight from your bookkeeping, which you entered, and how every total was reached. Not just a confirmation that it was sent.
The document builds up in front of you as you work, rendered exactly as it will be filed. You approve what you can see — not a summary of it.
If a figure looks unusual — before you file, or against your own history in a later year — you hear it from us rather than from Bolagsverket.
Drag the file in. We tell you immediately whether it is complete and what is missing, and the form asks only for what the file cannot give us.
Submission goes straight to Bolagsverket. You sign with BankID and keep a PDF copy for your own records.
Most people do not know a digital annual report is allowed to carry the company's own mark. It is — and we keep it inside Bolagsverket's rules on format and size, so it never becomes the reason a filing is rejected.
Support from people who built the system and know Swedish annual reporting — not a queue at an outsourced help desk.
You build the whole report before you pay anything.
Our software is approved by Bolagsverket for digital filing of annual reports under K2. Only a small number of providers hold this approval.
Developed in Sweden by Premisit, with accounting expertise behind every rule the system applies. A named person stands behind the service.
Hosted in the EU on European infrastructure. Your bookkeeping never reaches an American cloud provider.
If you handle annual reports for a number of small limited companies, you are the one reader who can actually judge whether our mapping is right — and we would like you to try. One account handles many companies, and every figure can be traced back to the posting it came from. Get in touch and tell us how you work.
Get in touch →Before the service opens to everyone, we are taking on a small group of companies who file their real annual report with us — with us close by while they do it.
Access before launch, and a direct line to the people who built the system — not a support queue. If something is unclear, you ask us and get an answer.
Your real annual report, and patience with a process that is still being smoothed out. It may take an extra step or a phone call about an odd figure.
The bar for what is actually filed. A filing cannot be withdrawn, so being a test pilot means a more hands-on process — never a lower standard on the document itself.
Leave your email and we will be in touch before the service opens. No obligation, and we only use the address for this.
